Do meditations to bring balance back to your body, to bring balance to your life, remain calm no matter what the situation! We know, everything will be alright, everything always turns out the way it is supposed to, so don’t worry be happy! When things get to become overwhelming, I like to dim the lights, light the candles, play meditation music, play baroque to get into the alpha mind state, to get to the proper mindset. Listen for at least 15 to 30 minutes, maybe longer, it is up to you! The solutions always present themselves from our infinite eternal energy source, to the conscious mind.
